It's good to be human. We love everyone equally! But, today, is a special day. A day to celebrate our ladies! Dubsado is led by a female CEO and here are some things that make us better because of it:
There is a female advantage in business. They're way more democratic, participatory, patient, and consensus seeking.
I think women learn empathy before men. So it's their job at some point to bring people (**cough** men **cough**) up to new levels of emotional being. The important thing is for everyone to learn what makes each other think. When we get along better we work better.
Women have a different version of pain management. They're able to make even the biggest pains and issues smaller. They place our values ahead of what's trying to bring us down.
You know, maybe the last 40,000 years of humanity have taught us something. It's taught us that we're all here together to do the best that we have given a limited set of resources. Our founder Becca has always been a great example of that. Starting Dubsado with $1,000 in the bank… well that's a story for another day.
You can tell a lot about a company from the people that work there. Our women make up a huge part of that and we're so happy and proud to support them in any way we can as they help shape our company for what it is today.
Lastly, we want to thank all of our fellow female entrepreneurs. We've been apart of this wonderful network of women over the past few years of running Dubsado. It's been amazing to watch female founders go from ideation to creation in a matter of months. Keep working hard with what you have and don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it. Dubsado loves you and Dubsado supports you!
