"The coaching workflow sets up an intro call with the potential client to determine if they want to move forward. If they decide to, I activate the coaching workflow, which provides them with the portal login, coaching agreement, info form, and invoice. Once the invoice is signed, they are then able to see the scheduler in their portal.
The consulting workflow sends them a form for background information and set up a time to discuss their need. If we decide to move forward, I provide them with a proposal (not in Dubsado). Once the proposal is approved, I then set it up in Dubsado to receive the proposal, contract, and invoice.
I love this process because it allows me to focus on the work that needs to be done and removes some of the administration. I also love that it is an iterative process, and Dubsado allows me to tweak as the processes become more defined."
