What is your lead capture process?

"Clients complete an intake form on my website or Instagram profile and it automatically populates a lead into my Dubsado account where it labels it based on their responses and create a project for their chosen event date. My favorite thing about this process is that I don't need to enter ANY information about my client, Dubsado does ALL of it for me!"

STEP TWO

What is your onboarding process?

"To onboard clients, I use the Zapier connection to send an email from Flodesk which includes my investment guide to my Dubsado client that is interested in booking (after I click that I approve this action). Once clients view the investment guide they are sent to another Dubsado lead capture form that gets the specifics of their service needs and this is what I use to quickly enter their totals into a proposal template I made on Dubsado."

STEP THREE

What is your client management process?

"I have a workflow that automatically sends this proposal to them. Then the workflow opens their portal after they review the proposal, sign their contract, and pay the 25% retaining fee. After that, their documents are saved to the portal, my client is sent an email welcoming them to their portal, and they are given access. I, then, send them a follow-up email, explaining the rest of the process and mail them a welcome guide (because Dubsado creates a "todo" for me to do this, and it includes the client's mailing address). I love that Dubsado has app integration with Zapier and canned emails to make my life a breeze."

What is your payment process?

"25% at booking, 75% a week before the event date. THIS has made my life SO easy!!! I love it! I have never had someone not pay me this way. Thank you Dubsado for making everything professional and official!"
