After that, their documents are saved to the portal, my client is sent an email welcoming them to their portal, and they are given access. I, then, send them a follow-up email, explaining the rest of the process and mail them a welcome guide (because Dubsado creates a "todo" for me to do this, and it includes the client's mailing address).
