What is your lead capture process?
"My lead capture process has two starting points - one on my website and the other through scheduling. My favorite thing about this process is that my clients get an automated email that prompts them to schedule an appointment if captured on my website; or in the second example, automatically provides new clients with a video conferencing link for their appointment without having to work through 3 different systems to get my client set up & scheduled."

What is your onboarding process?
"After our initial consultation, Clients receive a Contract within Dubsado where an automated email is sent with a 7 day expiration period. Once the contract is signed, an invoice is created and client pays! My favorite thing about this process is that the contract is easily added and customized to fit your client's needs. It is saved within the project for future reference and can be signed on the go!"
STEP THREE
What is your client management process?
"I love the custom statuses within Dubsado. I am able to see who are on-going clients, tax clients, and leads to follow up on! This allows me to prioritize my work and answer client inquiries more efficiently."
STEP FOUR
What is your payment process?
"Currently, I only use Dubsado for client appointment deposit payments. However, I am experimenting with the newly integrated Xero features to see how that can enhance this process to transfer my billing over to Dubsado from Xero if possible."
