Why Dubsado is perfect for

Legal Professionals

Dubsado workflows were a game-changer for Stacy's business. Find out why.

How a law firm uses Dubsado to simplify their business

STEP ONE

What is your lead capture process?

"We create lead capture forms in Dubsado and integrate them into the corresponding sections of our website. When an individual submits one of our lead capture forms, Dubsado creates a project for that individual and assigns it to the project funnel we have selected for the specific form, and the corresponding workflow we have applied to that form sends the necessary correspondence to the individual and action reminders to our Admin team.

Our favorite thing about this process is being able to filter out actual leads from non-leads. If an individual selects an option on the form they are submitting that does not fall into the categories of individuals Lawfecta provides assistance to, a workflow is applied that automatically archives the project so we can ensure our time and efforts are being spent on leads that we can assist."

STEP TWO

What is your onboarding process?

"When a potential client decides they would like to receive services from Lawfecta, they are provided a proposal to complete via an email template. Once the proposal is submitted, they are automatically redirected to our client agreement, and once the agreement is executed they are automatically redirected to an invoice to place their initial deposit for services. Once these three (3) steps are completed, a workflow is automatically started that sends them necessary correspondence for working with Lawfecta as well as task reminders for our Admin team.

Our favorite thing about this process is the automation. We can send one link to the individual and everything gets handled for us. We do not have to manually send all necessary forms, contracts, invoices, emails, etc."

STEP THREE

What is your client management process?

"Our Client projects are assigned to the corresponding project funnel associated with the type of service they are receiving from Lawfecta. We use Dubsado to correspond with our clients regarding replenishments, their experience, etc.

Our favorite thing about this process is the ability to have canned email templates so if we are reaching out to our client about a specific matter we can use an email template rather than having to manually type emails each time."

STEP FOUR

What is your payment process?

"Lawfecta's payments are due immediately. Invoices are sent automatically when a proposal is submitted. Individuals have the option to pay via a checking or savings account, credit card, or PayPal.

Our favorite thing about this process is that the Dubsado dashboard reflects when we have outstanding invoices. If an individual submits a proposal but doesn't complete the next step of remitting payment, we have the ability to manually send the invoice via email with a reminder that payment is due."
