Dubsado provides services that allow customers to manage various aspects of their businesses online. This includes client management, client relation and workflow automation services. Dubsado may use your information when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, browse the website, or use certain site features. This information help us improve the content and functionality of our services, such as fulfilling user needs and requests, updating our service, and improving user-facing features. We use third party services Google Adsense Advertising, Meta (Facebook), and Twitter Ads on our site. These services allow us to track and analyze our ad usage across these platforms through the use of pixel tags and 3rd-party cookies enabling us to optimize and display advertising content to meet our needs. In order to do so, these services place cookies and/or tracking pixels when interacting with an ad that leads to our site.
If you visit parts of our website, and the cookie/tracking pixel are valid, these services may be alerted that you were directed to that page through one of our ads. Dubsado's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Dubsado utilizes social media in its marketing and advertising. When you interact with Dubsado related social media content, for example, “liking” content on our Facebook page, such interaction may allow us to collect your IP address or the page you are visiting from. Cookies may also be enables to allow various features to function properly. Interactions on social media are subject to the privacy policy of the social media service provider.
In order to allow services on our behalf, Dubsado may share data about visitors and customers with our contracted service providers. Service providers are only authorized to use personal information necessary to complete the services requested. Dubsado may also share Data about Dubsado Visitors, Customers and Huddle Attendees with the Company’s service providers or partners to ensure information quality, and with third–party social networking and media Web sites, for marketing and advertising on said sites. Unless described in this Privacy Statement, Dubsado does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

When you attend in person or online events hosted by Dubsado (webinars, The Huddle, etc) or participate in a giveaway, contest or promotion for which Dubsado is sponsoring, we may collect and share your information. Examples include if you submit your name and contact for collection in order to win a prize, or to receive an invite to a meetup. When you do this, your information will be subject to the privacy statements of all parties involved.
Dubsado uses third-parties in regards to payment processing. These payment processors may not use your personal information for any reason outside processing your credit card information for the intended services.

Dubsado has committed to respect those rights. Dubsado account holders are able to update general information and billing information by accessing their brand settings. In order to terminate your subscription, you must do so through your Dubsado dashboard. Dubsado has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Dubsado has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
Onward Transfer Liability: Dubsado remains liable under the DPF Principles if subsequent recipients of personal data process such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless Dubsado proves it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Dispute Resolution: In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Dubsado commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on these frameworks to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please visit https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield for more information or to file a complaint. Binding Arbitration: Under certain conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration for unresolved complaints. This process follows the terms set forth in Annex I of the DPF Principles. To initiate binding arbitration, an individual must first deliver notice to Dubsado and follow the specific procedures and conditions outlined in Annex I of the Principles.
If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.
