What is your lead capture process?
"We have a few Lead Capture forms embedded in our website - one for studio rental, and one for my personal production inquiries. Potential clients fill these out, and it gives us enough info about their project needs to start the conversation well. I love how it eliminates the need for 2-3 introduction emails that I usually needed in the past to finally get all of the info out of a client needed to give them an accurate quote on working together."
STEP TWO
What is your onboarding process?
"Nothing too crazy! Once a project moves from Lead to Job, I will go in and manually change their status. At that point, I'll draw up a contract for them, which is automatically synced up with the smart field parts of our contracts, so they are seamlessly linked up. After I finish these, they get sent to the client and (ideally!) signed and paid within the day!"
STEP THREE
What is your client management process?
"Each new client is put into our address book, allowing for quick recall if they book something new with us!"
STEP FOUR
What is your payment process?
"Each project has a unique invoice drawn up - payment takes place in 2 parts. 50% downpayment to book the project (due immediately), and the other 50% due a week before the date of the project. Both of these have automated email reminders to ensure payment comes in in a timely fashion and most awkward conversations are avoided ha!"
