"Once a prospect has submitted payment, a contract is sent via Dubsado. Once that contract is submitted, they receive a welcome/confirmation email with a list of the next steps to take. They then receive an FAQ packet, an onboarding questionnaire, and the link to schedule their Kick-off Meeting with me.

This is one of my favorite features because I don't like spending time going back and forth over what time and days work best. They get a link to my available times and choose the time that works for them."
