All of this coincides with my Google calendar that I use for personal and other business' that I own activities, so if I am busy on a specific date or time, it shows on my Dubsado calendar and won't allow that date to be booked or scheduled with another event without my approval. My favorite thing about the process is I don't have to go searching for what I have completed or didn't complete. It's simply all right there under each clients portal (or what I call their folder). I click, see that I need to counter sign a contract, a delay in a payment, or that they have completed a form. If they email me back, those emails show in Dubsado as well as my business email account. All of these keep me on track and keep my clients feeling as they are the priority they deserve to be."
"I do a 20/80% deposit then the remainder due on the day of the event. I take cash, credit, or check. Credit is all conducted right through Dubsado which is done through I believe Stripe. There is a small fee for that but that is the price of doing business and with its convenience for the client, it makes it easy for them to leave a tip if they want to as well."
