STEP ONE

What is your lead capture process?

"My clients complete a form on my website and once I receive that, I click "Begin workflow" and it sends out my initial contact email providing them information about myself and my company."

STEP TWO

What is your onboarding process?

"Once they select a package, they are then sent a contract. This is all done through an automated workflow. As the contract is signed, an additional email that provides information with my process is sent to them. This gives the client an idea as to what to expect. Their invoice is also sent that is required to complete their deposit in order for the contract to be valid on my end."

STEP THREE

What is your client management process?

"After the initial onboarding is complete, the clients will receive an informational email on what to expect. Things like "3 months prior to your wedding date you will receive your questionnaire forms". These forms, once complete, will help me create a wedding timeline for them. After their timeline is complete, we schedule a meeting through Dubsado using the meeting scheduler. All of this coincides with my Google calendar that I use for personal and other business' that I own activities, so if I am busy on a specific date or time, it shows on my Dubsado calendar and won't allow that date to be booked or scheduled with another event without my approval. My favorite thing about the process is I don't have to go searching for what I have completed or didn't complete.

It's simply all right there under each client’s portal (or what I call their folder). I click, see that I need to countersign a contract, a delay in a payment, or that they have completed a form. If they email me back, those emails show in Dubsado as well as my business email account. All of these keep me on track and keep my clients feeling as they are the priority they deserve to be."

STEP FOUR

What is your payment process?

"I do a 20/80% deposit then the remainder due on the day of the event. I take cash, credit, or check. Credit is all conducted right through Dubsado which is done through I believe Stripe. There is a small fee for that but that is the price of doing business and with its convenience for the client, it makes it easy for them to leave a tip if they want to as well."
