Will I ever need to pay again?
You will not need to pay a subscription fee on the Dubsado Premier Plan. However, somethings that are an added cost are:
- Processing fees (Stripe, Square, PayPal or any future payment platform we add)
- Additional brands past three in your account
- Additional users (You get 30% off an additional user costs)
- Any upsells that might come to Dubsado in the future. Here at Dubsado we want to give the most value to our users in the standard plans that we have. However, we do have future plans for items including but not limited to website builders, landing pages, SMS notifications to users that might not be part of the Dubsado Premier Plan. These items will be an added cost, but you will get a Forever Plan discount of 30% off add ons. Again, top priority for us is adding more value to the Premier Plan. All historical updates you have seen in the past have been additions that are included in the Premier Plan.
What if I already have a monthly/yearly fee going on?
Refunds on your plan only apply if your plan has been purchased or renewed in the last 30 days of purchase of your Forever Plan. We do not offer refunds on what you have already paid if it exceeds 30 days.
I am the winner of the Forever Plan, can you offer me a buyout?
If you are a WINNER of a free forever plan, buyouts or refunds on existing plans are cannot be honored.
What if I get The Forever Plan and decide I don't want it?
There are no refunds on the Forever Plan. All sales are final.
Can I apply a coupon code to The Forever Plan?
Unfortunately, coupon codes for discounts cannot be applied with the purchase of the plan.
So how does the affiliate program work if I refer people to Dubsado when I am on the Forever Plan?
First of all, thank you for spreading the word. Secondly, you will still get your "credit" for every paid customer you bring on ($35/ referral) in your account. Once your account reaches $100 in credits, you can cash it out under your affiliate page within your account. However, we do have a feature rolling out that will allow you to cash out below $100. That will be coming soon.
Can I transfer my forever plan to another user?
No account payments cannot be transferred.
Do you offer payment plans for The Forever Plan?
No we do not.
