Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Dubsado Affiliate Agreement
Please read and review the contents of the entire agreement. You are welcome to print this page for your personal record. This is a legally binding agreement between “you” and/or the company you represent. (collectively “you”, “yours”, “affiliate” etc.) and Dubsado (“we”, “us”, or “our” etc). By creating an affiliate account, or by otherwise using or distributing an affiliate code or link, you are confirming that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein.
Note that you must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Dubsado affiliate program.
The following terms and conditions are fully applicable to you as a Dubsado affiliate:
Dubsado Rights and Obligations
- If abuse, misconduct, or misuse of an affiliate code takes place, Dubsado retains the full right to revoke an affiliate account without warning by disabling the code for no more future use.
-Dubsado may modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such an event, you will be notified and will be required to review and approve of the new terms and conditions. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in affiliate payment terms, and changes to the Dubsado Affiliate rules and regulations. If any modifications are not acceptable to you, your sole option is to terminate this agreement/withdraw from the affiliate program. Otherwise, continued use and participation in Dubsado’s affiliate program following a change or modification indicates your full agreement.
Termination
-Both Dubsado and the Dubsado affiliate have full right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Affiliate Payment Details
-Affiliate credits are applied to an affiliate account only after the patron who uses their code(or link) retains their paid status with Dubsado for 60 days.
-Affiliate credit that is applied to affiliate accounts is $35 (as of February 21st, 2022)
-Dubsado affiliates who retain forever plan status are to accrue a monetary balance that can be cashed out once the total exceeds $100.
-Dubsado affiliates who retain monthly or annual plans receive affiliate credits toward their personal subscription.
Promotion Restrictions
Affiliate code(s) and/or link(s) are prohibited from being added to any and all coupon sites. Even in the event that the affiliate themselves do not add their code to a coupon site, we reserve the right to remove it without warning. It is prohibited to use your affiliate link and/or code with “coupon sites”, “shopping assistance applications”, “toolbar installations”, “add-ons” or “pop-ups". Any pending affiliate balance owed to you will not be paid if your account is terminated due to improper code use as stated in the “Promotion Restrictions” section.
